"I was asked to be a groomsman in a family wedding and the suit needed for my participation was to be purchased from Times Square. Approximately 2 months before the event I went in to purchase my garment. After a period of confusion on the salesman’s part, someone was able to locate the paperwork and get me a suit in my size. After trying on the suit I have the tailor mark the suit for alterations. The alterations came to an additional $40. While the quality of the Chinese made suit did not warrant the $350 price tag, I paid it and was given a pick up date a week later. I arrived at the appointed date and time to pick up the suit and was advised the alterations had not been started ( no explanation given).. I was advised to come back in another week. Upon my return I tried on the suit to discover that all the alterations originally requested and paid for had not been done. After bringing this oversight to the salesman, he agreed that they had not been done and advised me that it would cost me an additional $40 to complete the alterations already paid for. I refused.. when asked why I was asked to pay again for something I already paid for, no explanation was given. I took my suit to another tailor for the alterations. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service as well as the quality of the merchandise."

They placed the order and had me in a perfectly fitting coat that very day!
