"Nothing like placing an entire $33 Door Dash meal because I was craving Arby’s sauce and added like 7 packets to my order to which I received ZERO packs of Arby’s sauce. I really don’t understand how hard it to read an order and ensure that all items are in the bag. No horseradish either. Kinda shocked they remembered the ketchup for my Curly Fries, which were really good."

"Hot and fresh, and the staff were very friendly! Went through the drive thru at 7:30p on a Monday and service was very quick. Food was perfectly warm and the two ladies who served me were laughing and having a good time."

"Arby's is becoming more and more disappointing! Where is the beef? The steak sub was so disgusting we couldn't even finish it. There was mostly creamy garlic and cheese with a hint of steak. Fish sticks were extremely greasy... Also my fries and roast beef sandwich were cold. For the cost of this meal, the way it is served will make me think again about stopping at Arby's the next time we are traveling and short on time. We will choose a different place to stop. It wasn't the store itself it is the chain in general. Prices are up and things aren't how they used to be. Unfortunately, I get it! however, we paid over $20 for 2 people without even ordering a drink. The quality of the food needs improving."
