"Beth is horrible. She is overpriced and she completely ruined my hair. I called her to have my extensions removed when they were getting tangled after a few months and she got really snotty with me telling me I needed to confirm the appointment. I looked back on my texts messages and we in fact did confirm the appointment. She never got back to me to help. So I ended up having to remove them myself because it was painful, and unfortunately I lost all my hair and after a year and a half my hair still hasn't grown out. I dont recommend her to anyone."
