"Came in to get my son’s haircut at 5:40, he was nervous because this is something he always did with his dad who passed away in June and he wasn’t sure what his cut was called. He just got excited to go and as soon as we walked in we were very rudely told it would be over an hour wait, I smiled and said that’s okay and proceeded to sign him in…the same lady said nothing more to me but made it a point to tell her co-worker, “last one” as if we were a nuisance! I sat down long enough to write this review and schedule an appointment down the road at Great Clips. You never know what people are going through, so be kind."
