"Helen did a great job coloring my gray roots! She was pleasant without being way too chatty (like some hair dressers are), did exactly what I asked, and matched my existing color perfectly. Didn't try to push me into anything adventurous or buying extra products and treatments, etc. It's not a fancy place where they fuss over you as soon as you step in the door, but I don't need fancy. Here and there, it could be a little bit cleaner, but Helen herself was great. She'll be my new hair dresser. Thank you, Helen!"

"I give this place five stars. Helen has cut my hair for several years it's always perfect and I'm a very very fussy customer. But I do know if you're going to be late call and make sure they can still take you even if it's still 10 minutes is they are extremely busy and they've made an appointment for you just as your doctor or dentist makes an appointment for you."

"Just had my haircut today with Elvira. She is always pleasant and does a wonderful job ☺️. I made my appointment this morning and was able to come in today. When I arrived, I was taken back promptly. Elvira asked questions about how I wanted my hair, and proceeded to cut my hair and give her professional opinion when I asked for it. I will return to Kuts & More for my next haircut."

"Unprofessional rude staff in a rundown dirty salon. Take your business elsewhere. P.S. since the owner as rude and unapologetic as a staff that works there Your staff needs to learn simple manners when speaking to a potential client. As simple as “hello how may I help you” second when you book an appt you ask for a name and a phone number in order to confirm an app, third the attitude and the rude demeanor in which your staff spoke is just degrading. At last as the owner a simple apology goes a long way, but clearly not the case here, and no I dont need to sit my 10 year old for a service in a such a hostile atmosphere. And yes as a business owner I do know what a review means to a business and also what a good customer service is and it starts from the owner."
