"I needed help finding my wedding suit and went to a previous location to which they didn't help but when I went to this location the manager was so friendly and kind to us. He searched the whole store to find what I was looking for and helped me get what I wanted while being nothing but kind and inviting and truthful to what looked good on me and I couldn't recommend this location enough, the manager alone is somone to come for if you need help finding anything."

"My mom and I came here to shop for an upcoming funeral. Right away, the staff greeted us and asked what brought us in. A guy named Logan helped us with the rest of the shopping. Whatever questions we had on color matches, sizes, or anything else, Logan had the answer to. It seemed like he had 20 years of experience with how informed he is, even though he is young. Logan is one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met in retail. He’s super easy to talk to, and relatable for me because we have the same build. He pretty much did all the shopping for us because he knew exactly what we needed. Whatever Logan is getting paid now is not enough. Please give him a raise because he deserves it."

"I was told I could use a $250 coupon (from having a rental party of 7) to purchase my rental if I wanted. When I told them weeks later that I wanted to do that, they told me that since converting myself from a rental to a purchase (thus bringing my rental party from 7 to 6) would make me ineligible for the coupon. They told me I must have misheard but I asked SEVERAL clarifying questions about the coupon at the initial conversation and I did not mishear. Very disappointed in this turnaround and shady business practice. The suit was good and fit well so I won’t leave them a 1-star review but the fact that they flip flopped the coupon on me makes it so that I’ll never give them my business again."
