"It was a perfectly seamless experience. We were in and out quickly for measurements. We were texted 2 days early for pickup. The suits fit perfectly the first time. We dropped off 2 days later. Two different guys helped us out and they were both professional, knowledgeable and fully mastered in the work. That's not common to find in today's workforce. Great work and thanks for making our night special."

"Robert is a Rockstar at the Ireland Road Location. I went in needing to make sure my 9 year old and 5 year old son's tux fit them. Robert was kind enough to let me know I didn't have to have them try them on at the store, if we got home and realized something didn't fit we could just come back next day and replace. We stayed and myself and my sons went into 1 changing room and I helped them get dressed. Robert had taken my 5 year old's measurements a few days before and everything fit perfectly! My 9 year old was not available for the sizing appointment and we had taken an old t-shirt in to guestimate his size. So my 9 year old gets the shirt on and it doesn't fit, my 5 year old is half dressed and I open the door to the changing room. Robert immediately asks how its going. I say 5 year old is good, 9 year old shirt is too small. So while Robert is assisting 2 other fittings he goes to hunt down a new shirt. Meanwhile 9 year old tries on pants and they don't fit. Robert gets back with new shirt and I tell him about the pants. He rushes off to find the new pants immediately while also assisting other customers. This goes on several more times due to my 9 year old not being there for the sizing, Robert blew me away with his patience and quick acting to get the right clothes available. Long story short, I am so thankful Robert was there to assist me with my kids. He must love his job to perform so well under pressure. Louie's is a trademark for our town, been going there since the Scottsdale Mall location, Robert has insured I will come back again and also recommend Ireland Road."

"Poor service, not one groomsman had their clothes fit so they had to reorder the day before. I the groom had a bad jacket so I reordered for the day before. My new jacket ended up being really short in my arms. Not exactly the look I was going for... Also don’t buy into the free invites they aren’t free"
