"Just walked out of there. The only person that greeted us with a smile was a young gentleman. Raised right. The others just stood the whole time staring and no one offered help. Looks like they didn’t do the same for the other customers but we walked out quickly after noticing the lack of manners. Sad."

"Walked in there and tried on 5 pairs of shoes. Spent a considerable time in there and only 2 other customers walked in… they weren’t greeted or spoken too either…. 3 persons working there didn’t say a word to me. I bought 2 pairs. No sale item. Wish Clark’s had their fall items out as they were the nicest retail sales people."

"Very rude sales person. She actually rolled her eyes at another employee when my husband asked a question . I would have told her face to face after I paid, but apparently she was on a much needed break. Usually service here is stellar. I hope this makes it way to customer service training"

"Very rude!!! I called ECCO Outlet looking for a place that sells shoes belts etc. turns out they sell some of the same things as the place next door (the place that used to be Goldtoe) which is a new store that I actually was trying to contact instead. But initially a younger lady picked up in an effort to assist and volunteered the names of the ppl that work there which I never asked for but it did help me to see that I was calling the wrong place since I know the names of those who work at the store I was trying to reach. Then out the blue another lady (sounded as though she snatched the phone) said WHO is this??! I explained that I was trying to get the phone number to the place next-door she first sarcastically says “that’s nice” and then she says “that’s not any of my concern and don’t call here again!” ... now you’ve not only lost a potential customer for life but you have one who is actively warning others to stay away!!... good job! When I told this hotheaded manager or owner that I would be issuing a bad review on their page because of her attitude... she must have been stunned while trying to figure out what to say next and I’m just waiting for her to say something to see if more will be added to the review before I end the call. I guess she has been flying off the handle way before the days of reviews and somehow forgot the era she was living in. It was just too appalling the way she conducts herself, so unprofessional! ...Stick with the place next door (when I get the name of the place that replaced goldetoe I will update the review) you’ll find some of the same things and much nicer management and ownership!"
