"Went there to get a specific men's perfume. They had the tester and the strength I wanted. But not the size. Unfortunately, I couldn't get help with if they could get it shipped to the store for me to pick up. With the loss of Barney's, Macy's and Hermes are my go to for my cologne needs. DO NOT BUY ONLINE if you're getting high end stuff. They store them badly and they lose strength."

"Never purchasing from them again. The sales associates were rude & condescending to my mother & I. They were laughing at us and whispering amongst each other. Never greeted us or offered any assistance. They just stared at us the entire time as if we were going to shoplift. Despite my me and my mother both being medical physicians who make much more than all of them combined. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"Drove all the way to Chicago because I was told via telephone communication with customer service that Hermes repair any of their items. A Laura Wallace claim this watch band was sent to Paris for repair the band looks the same if not worse a process that took months…… smh i payed $1600 for this and I will report BBB I would like a full refund or other band/ credit nothing was done to repair the band. The stitching is untouched leather doesn’t appear to be cleaned"

"I was looking for some sandals and no one helped me until I asked and wanted to try a pair of sandals on my feet, but the staff looked at me that I am annoyed and said my size was no longer available Then she ignored me and didn't seem interested in selling. When I asked about other styles, she still responded with a disrespectful attitude and said there was nothing left for me. To be honest, if you wanna sell something then please be nice and respect customers as a “high-end” brand. Outside looking is not tell you how much they can effort."
