"Good place to stop and fuel up. When I went there, the price of fuel was a little more expensive, cause they were low on diesel. Keep that in mind if you come to these travel centers and you see several pumps not working. They are probably low on fuel, and the prices are more expensive."

"Not only that it is old and dirty place, but bacon egg and cheese biscuit that they sell for $4+ cant be in a food category, and i would like the manager or whoever made this sandwich to try tasting it… Not to mention giving that “food” to kids… Food desert and absolute hole! You should be closed !"

"Don’t shower here unless you have to. Seen clerks do multiple showers before I got out. Just rushing it they clearly don’t dare. Also entire place is in dire need of renovating. Mold everywhere as well. I’m sure no updating in sight either."

"I literally watch the clerks fold supposedly clean shower towels on the counter where all types of nasty stuff ends up on that counter. Didn't even attempt to wipe off the coffee stains and pop syrup off the counter. The clerk didn't have on ANY gloves after touching money FOLDING UP these towels.... Even put the towel up under her chin while proceeding to fold and someone will have to put that on his/her body... JUST NASTY.... PLUS she was rude.... But This is what you expect when you come to Pilot!!!"

"This is the worst pilot I've ever been to. So small hardly any bathrooms and the staff literally doesn't care. It takes 30 minutes just to get a simple shower to the point that I just want them to give me the cleaning supply so I can do it myself. I don't understand why it doesn't matter what time of day that you come, there's always a 30 minute to an hour wait just to get a simple shower. And there is no waiting area you just have to stand there awkwardly while people try to maneuver around each other in this small space."
