"Been coming here for haircuts the last couple of years, started after area shops started charging $30 for a base haircut. Price has remained $15 for as long as I can remember now and every gal in here does a great job. Lost me as a customer now as this is the 5th time in the last 3 months that I've scheduled an appointment over the phone and nobody shows up to the place. They're either closing early, opening late, or just not coming in at all. Showing up for meetings with clients and having an unkempt head of hair because everybody in a 50 mile radius is booked out weeks in advance puts me in a terrible spot. Can't afford to tarnish my reputation and professionalism with them anymore, I have to have a reliable barber."
