"Bought ice cream and asked for 2 cups of ice and got charged for two bottled waters. When asked about the 3.00 charge, was told by the rude associate that’s what they charge for ice and then when I asked to have the cups filled with water then, was rudely told that’s what I asked for and I could talk to the boss at 5 pm. Not great service for anyone spending time in Grand Haven and supporting local businesses."
