"Our truck batteries were dead, but we were able to get jumped and made it to Napa. The guys working were super helpful. They got us exactly what we needed. We went out to the parking lot to change the batteries and had some trouble. They let us borrow tools and one of the man even came out to help us, AFTER CLOSING! I know he would have rather gone home, but we stayed late just to help us out. That's going above and beyond regular customer service. Its hard to find that anymore, but we couldn't be more thankful for these men and this place. THANK YOU!"

"Prices are outrageous, little to no care when incorrect parts were located and sold, and ignorance regarding any vehicle without a GM logo. It’s 2020, “foreign” cars are equally as reliable and repairable as GM products. Time to do some continuing education and expand the staffs knowledge base. Would recommend seeking parts elsewhere to save time, money, and headache"
