"Had not had my hair styled in yrs and it needed a cut badly. My stylist moved to another state yrs ago so I thought I would give this Great Clips a try. So glad I did. I was a walk in and Venus could not have been more helpful. She cut, styled and blew out my hair. It looks amazing. I love it. Thank you so much Venus. I definitely will be back."

"Went to get it fixed from the day before. The previous stylist hadn’t put any layers in when I requested some. And she also had previously left it uneven according to the second stylist, which I didn’t notice. But I didn’t notice the no layers until I got home. I went in the next day and they did a “correction” so I wasn’t charged. But she did a hack job and left it extremely uneven, so I had to go to a real salon. To get a lot more hair cut off to even it out."
