"I just wanted to say what a wonderful place this is and all the staff are so respectful and accommodating, I see Nikoleta for myself and my grandchildren too, she is amazing! I also wanted to write this review concerning the poor review and comments by a former customer named Olivia. My daughter was at the salon that evening with my grandson who was there for a cut. She witnessed everything that this Olivia said and did. My 9 year old grandson was almost in tears. This woman came in with an attitude and was very rude and loud to the receptionist and kept saying that she was in a hurry and couldn’t wait the receptionist was very kind and respectful and explained it would probably be 30 min. This woman not only continued to be rude and tell this girl she wasn’t trained right, she then got on the phone and yelled her complaints to someone. Yes, my daughter and son in law were the ones who told her she is acting rude and entitled. This salon has a large clientele because of all their staff. It is a wonderful place to go !!!"

"Front desk Staff needs to be better trained. I called in trying to get an appointment for eyebrows. They said there was no need you can just walk in. It took me 10 minutes to get there. after I got there, they said it would be a 30 minutes wait or you can come just back at another day. Driving back and forth would have taken me more than 30 minutes. The main reason I tried to book an appointment was so that I didn’t have to wait. I tried to communicate that I was upset and she should have not denied me to book an appointment only to ask me to ask me to come back at another day. Instead of acknowledging her mistake it back fired at me by calling me rude and entitled. All I said was you should be better trained to check your book appointment so that doesn’t happen again given that I’ve witnessed it happing to other customers in the past. I even said I apologize if this sound too harsh and the front desk girl responded “it’s ok it happens” are you kidding me?? What a shame neither me nor my family will ever be going back there again. I’ve been going there for years, I always booked appointments and I never had an issue until today."

"I was very nervous going in, because I haven't had a good haircut in a while. I didn't see many reviews for Amy, which made me more nervous, but she did an amazing job, my hair looks great and feels way healthier. I highly recommend!!!"

"It's been a looong time since i had a haircut. I called the salon, and i was able to make an appointment for the next day! I absolutely loved that. The prices are decent. I got a shampooing, cut, and style for 40$. That's a pretty good deal. My hairdresser was Karin. She was super nice. She understood what i wanted done with my hair, and she executed it perfectly!! I am definitely going back!"
