"Walked in, it was quiet, it felt awkward, wasn't necessarily greeted. The ladies seem nice, but I felt uncomfortable with both of them consulting on my hair... just wanted 8 inches cut and a face frame. Guess it wasn't that simple. One of them cut my hair while the other just kept trying to sell me products the whole entire haircut. Felt and looked unsanitary. Not sure of all the reviews, maybe they're good with guy hair cuts? Either way. I will not be back."
"I am new to Shelby Township and I have a short pixie cut! Shaved on sides and back! I was a little hesitant about going to Great Clips but I read the reviews and they were positive! I had Mona who did an excellent job! She knew exactly what to do and the other stylists came over and we’re so friendly! I absolutely found my new place! Love ❤️ my haircut and thank you for the best friendly service ever!!!!"
