"New to the area and called to see what their availability was for a women's cut. The woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant. I wasn't even sure I called the correct place as she never stated the salon name. When I asked for an appointment she said "okay...well who do you work with what do you want." and when I said I would be a new client she very rudely asked if I was aware that the location moved and if I was sure I was calling the right place. I apologized and quickly ended the call. If this was the experience trying to become a new client I can't imagine what treatment actual clients face."
