"EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I haven’t been to this shop in YEARS and I decided to call them today to see if they do Senegalese twists. She starts GOING OFF ON ME saying how every time I call it’s the same thing and she always say no, and just proceeds to tell me to stop asking the same thing. I’m like ma’am, I honestly have not been in your establishment for years and I call MULTIPLE shops to ask for quotes, why are you going off on me for a question?! I hung up the phone cause why are you YELLING at a potential customer. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Rude customer service. Needs to learn how to talk to people. The most she could’ve said was no and offer what they do have instead."

"I went into the shop wanting a certain look. Boho Medium knotless box braids with curly ends. I showed the stylist a picture of the look I was going for. She even looked at the picture twice. I was charged extra to add the curly ends which was fine, (even though my friend went three weeks ago and wasn’t charged to add curly ends) however my braids are not medium they look like Zillions. The braids look sloppy and It looks nothing like what I requested size or length. My braids were not dipped in water and they are stiff. I called to express my concern to the manager Bebe and she basically told me I got what I asked for and they have been doing braids for 15years. My suggestion when going here is to look in the mirror at your hair and make sure it’s what you want because they will do what they want on your hair. If BeBe would have tried to make this situation better by offering a discount on my next service or asking me how they can make it better I would not have left this review."

"THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP IVE EVER SEEN!!!! My friend went to this racist shop to get her hair braided, and not only did the braider set her middle part off center when asked to readjust the part. The stylist refused to finish her hair she left. Then the stylist sister said it was because she was African American she didn't respect herself and kicked her out spread the WORD PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE"

"My experience was so pleasant and I’ll definitely be going back. Bebe was so accommodating as they didn’t have my hair color and she went out of her way to go and get it. I also didn’t have an appointment and when I arrived all of the chairs were full with ladies getting braids. I let her know what service I needed and she asked if I could come back because they were so busy. I then told her that I live in Westland and she told me to have a seat on her couch lay back if I would like but just don’t leave and she would take care of me and she did just that. If your looking for a hair braiding shop look no further."
