"So been going here for some time now. Never had an ISSUE..went here on Saturday 1 20 24 for a simple clean up..Now every morning I look in the Mirror andI shake my head ...... what a Botched up trim..Hell I ook like Herman Munster ."

"I wouldn’t even send my dog here. They messed up my straight across front bangs. They were too short one time and then another time I came in for side bang they are OK but not what I asked for and then today I called to ask how much a French braid mohawk would be without any straightening or curling. They tried telling me $50 when other salons said 25 and I just honestly wouldn’t recommend the salon because they’re just horrible. I tried giving them chances and basically it’s like a roll of dice who you get and also, I just found out my brother came here to get a haircut and he’s younger and the lady totally butchered his hair to the point where the other lady working had to fix it and said oh my God when my brother came in this place, I would not recommend at all not even for your dogs if they even take animals"

"To start off with my experience here,I was welcomed by one of the employees got in quick the lady was nice I told her I needed to get my son’s haircut before school started,so I told her the specifics of how I wanted his haircut to look,she did good in the beginning then idk kind of went off n did her own thing in her own little world, she didn’t line up the back I had to say something to her she didn’t even check to make sure it was straight also made the front of his hair uneven way to short on the top so now we can’t even do the style he wanted with his hair she outlined one side of the ear and not the other..I am beyond irritated she totally messed my sons hair up!Im only giving a 2 star cause I was welcomed in and quick get in..Wouldn’t recommend will not return.."

"Little bit of a wait, but it was noted when I checked in on the app and when I walked it. They kept to their word as in the time factor. The hairdresser was good with communicating with me, and she did a good job of cutting my hair the way I wanted. Only down fall is the cost $20 for a simple cut seems high, never paid that before with ANY Great Clips or barber/salon."
