"I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Kohl’s at Lakeside Mall area. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always been greeted with friendliness and superb service at this store. It is the only Kohl’s that I shop at for these reasons. One of the most helpful associates ever is a gal by the name of Lauren Dibble. I had a complicated matter, and she solved it in no time at all."

"came for an Amazon return. as usual I ended up buying 3 new shirts that I didn't necessarily need... the store was very clean. the staff helpful as always... there does seem to be line to checkout all the time.. they move pretty fast though."

"Not a good experience at this store. It's hit or miss. I have always loved Kohl's and shop here often. This location however is a hot mess. Lines like cedar point. Unfriendly staff. They are short of help I get that. But store is messy. Their coupons are messed up. Nothing but issues. It's too bad because I live right down the road but considering not coming back to this location. Curious if other people feel or have experienced the same."
