"I made an appointment this Tuesday online and text back and forth with tech only to get a text the day of the appointment that I was to come to a new location in Southfield , okay fine now this was at 9:30am my appointment wasn’t until 2:00pm . I get their on to get a phone call from the hairdresser letting me know she still was at a funeral now I don’t know about you but that was so unprofessional of hair to call me at 1:30 pm to reschedule at a different time while I’m in the parking lot already . When had the nerve to get mad at me and refunded my 25 dollars because I’m business and calling a client a half an hour prior to her appointment isn’t smh the nerve . I’m a TV influencer shame on you putting this on the deceased it was your responsibility to call and reschedule how was I to know this was a bad time for you if you don’t speak up ."

"The Salon is professional, clean, inviting and is centrally located in Southfield not far from the freeway. I love that I can book my services and appointment time online with a minimal deposit to reserve my time-slot. I have never had to wait more that 15minutes before being serviced. The owner/ lead stylist Brittany, is awesome and is very professional & personable. Although she works quickly she makes sure to educate you about the progress of your hair growth & how to maintain your style between visits. It’s good to have a stylist that doesn’t make you jump through hoops to make an appointment, that doesn't have you in the salon all day, that is significantly educated in her field and that specializes in natural hair care as well as extensions/weaves. I have also met some amazing women and even a few business connections over the years in the salon. Thumbs up for me!!"
