"Friendly, fast service only there for 3 hours. I did get tyzillions"

"I called on a Thursday the man said I could come at 4 came and the women inside said to come tomorrow instead. They lack poor communication between themselves. When I came back on Friday I still had to wait. Although my service was fast and neat when I left not even a week of having them one of my braids fell out. My braids are so frizzy and look months old with most of my hair coming out of the braids. I paid $360 which I had to pay unfront before I even got serviced. Very unprofessional and not worth the money at all. I got my hair done for my birthday by time it came around I needed my hair done over."

"I used to love this place. I don’t know what happened the owner will tell you one price on the phone and when you arrive it’s a totally different price. They gave me extremely large box braids in the back after I told him I was only paying the price stated on the phone. I took my daughter once and dropped her off. When I came back her hair was not like I said I wanted. I am disappointed in customer service and overall performance. Only thing that’s convenient is they stay open late and provide last minute accommodations."

"I was inconvenienced from the begining when the ower was 30 min late to my appointment that she set the day before. Then it took longer than the 3 hours she quoted me because her help was called late. This didn't stop her from asking to be paid in full halfway into my service. I will never come here again. Completely unprofessional. Not how I intended on starting off my birthday."

"This business should be shut down. The owner is a liar. I went to the shop and a man next door at a clothing store came out and stated that they were temporarily doing hair out of the clothing/alterations shop.... So I waited about 20 minutes until they got there. Once the owner arrived, he made it clear that I was to discuss money and business only with him and not the braider. I showed him the style I wanted, and he told her and she said she understood. At the end, my hairstyle was not what I asked for. I told him, he agreed and then said he didn't remember.....he then said that I was paying for my hair or I would have to sit down and let her take the braids out. We got into an argument and he blocked the door stating that I was not leaving and I had to call 911 to let them know that he was holding me hostage..... DO NOT go to this shop. He is a horrible person and very untrustworthy. Also I paid $20 over the price quoted because during the commotion I forgot he requested $20 up front for hair.... I called him and told him that I overpaid and wanted my money back.... He never called me back after he stated he would. I have called the BBB but I think I should contact the Michigan Department of Licensing... This shop is horrible."
