"I when to Citi Trends looking for shoes for my 2 three year old grandsons. When I walked into the shoe department, I knew I had waited to late to come shopping. Most of the shelves were barely empty. I guess a lot of people hit the store up, when they got their tax refund. It's not surprising, since Citi Trends always have a very nice selection of shoes at a Great price! However, I did find them one pair each. After I purchased the shoes, I went to another Citi Trends location. I didn't find my grandsons any shoes; but I did find them a lot of clothing items on sale. Some items were marked down for a dollar."

"I like the Dearborn store, it's easier to look around. This Citi Trends need's to be organized. I walked in at 7:50pm thinking they were open till 9:00 pm.Just to hear the cashier announce to me we close in 10 min.soon as I walked in.Leaving me to rush and grab anything."

"Although l would not buy clothing here on a regular basics . They do have the occasional piece that jumps out at you . Fitting rooms are usually not available and staff service on the floor is non existent. This is a price point store"

"The two ladies that were up front. One lady in the back that helped me with choosing bras for my daughter and me.. All three ladies had great customer service. Helped me with what I needed.. And exchanged my boots because they were the wrong size....They need a updated system to scan bar codes..Even though they were still quick...Thank you again to the lady that helped me with the bra/bodysuit...I really appreciate it...Give them a raise.."
