"Shopping online is so much different than having human interaction. So, when I couldn't find an item online I was looking for I called this store to check to see if they had it and I spoke with DeShonne, the store manager, on the phone and she was lovely. Not only did she go above-and-beyond to locate the item that wasn't in stock at her store, she called around for me, found it and had them hold it for me at the other location where I went and picked it up. Now that is really unheard of nowadays in this cruel cruel world that we live in but people like Shonne give me hope that there is still kindness out there. Thank you Shonne! See you again soon!"
