"HORRIBLE!!! Made the skin around my eyebrow break out. I went here on a whim because I didn’t feel like driving all the way to Twelve Oaks… worst decision i’ve ever made. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. I think they used a dirty string because the skin above my eyebrows broke out horribly and I NEVER get acne. Then, after all of that, they don’t even look done."

"I have the worst experience here today She rush and do the job for 1 minuta whithout no bady waiting next to me and she do eyebrows one very thin one with brackets I was a regular costumer there but today going to be my last day And she told me she have 20 year experience please don’t go there"

"I’ve never had anyone do such a horrible job on my eyebrows in my entire life. The lady then tried to say it was my fault and it was due to how my eyebrows grow. I asked for basic clean up including trimming the excessively long hairs. I didn’t ask her to cut off half my eyebrow and make the two brows asymmetrical at that (and there’s still hairs in between the brows and now a red scab from the thread pulling!) When I tried to ask her to fix them, she spent 10 minutes trying to unintelligibly explain why it wasn’t her fault instead of offering solutions of any type. I would never recommend anyone come to this brow salon. I’ve been here in the past and it was fine, so maybe they have a new employee, but it’s not worth the risk."
