"It was a rainy day, I needed a haircut so I stopped there. I was a walk in, and there were a few customers ahead of me. The hairstylist did what I asked and the price for the cut was great."

"This was done to my husband’s hair and no one even told him. She showed him one side of his head (the side she didn’t mess up) and sent him on his way. She took the $5 tip and full payment and never said a word. That is not how you operate a business. It is one thing to make a mistake, but you own up to it and let the person know. He didn’t know until he got home and I had to tell him."

"I should have known better than to get a haircut on Black Friday. It seemed the regular "crew" was on holiday as I didn't recognize anyone working there. I ended up with the worst haircut I ever got at Great Clips and I've been going there for almost 10 years."

"This was the worst haircut I've ever had, and all I wanted was no hair (bald). I thought that would be an easy task. My standards are extremely reasonable, and this store did not inform me they didn't have the tools to bald a head. They do not have an electric shaver or foil shaver. The closest they got was a buzz cut, and failure to trim around a bump on the head leaving an obvious long spot. I want to repeat this was the worst haircut I've ever had. I went to Carson's Barber a few minutes away to have a real haircut where they finished the job correctly. Edit: Response from customer service was not helpful via email."
