"First time doing my nails at Creative Nails Too and so happy. One friend recommended me this place and even though it was 35 min away a gave it a try and I will come back. Emily did my pedicure and she was so nice suggesting me and Lee did my manicure. I was afraid because my nails were weak, and as you can see in the photo were horrible and Emily and Lee did a fantastic job!!! Also I just arrived without appointment and I was impress about how fast they helped me and in about one hour I was done manicure and pedicure, the only thing it’s expensive. $120"

"My mom and I spent time together this afternoon by having a mani-pedi at this salon. I decided to have acrylics done for events coming up. I was disappointed with the experience and outcome. No mani service was done. My nails were electronically filed (my fingers/nails still hurt from this), tips were matched and superglued, filed/shaped and then painted— it was so sloppy (nail polish pooled on the sides of my nails because cuticles/pre-care wasn’t done). Disappointed with the result and not at all worth the cost. I don’t think they did a great job on my mom’s nails either — the nail shapes were all different and she did not receive nail/cuticle care prior to weird shaping and quick paint job. A crowded place can be a good sign, but can also be an indicator that the high turnover comes with a downside— sloppy/rushed service and outcomes."

"If i could it a "0" star I definitely would! This is the first time my daughter and her friends went to this location, and will definitely be the last. When my daughter walks out crying because not only did the lady not listen to her wants and needs and totally ignored the inspirational picture which my daughter provided, and didn't even add the color on the nails that my daughter asked for. She painted them white, and then have the audacity to charge a high school girl $85 for your services. That is wrong on so many levels. We witnessed different customers being charged different amounts for the same service. And to have a website that doesn't have your prices of your services should have been a red flag. You are taking advantage of high schools girls who just want to feel beautiful for their special day. When you make my child upset and cry, you have messed with the wrong mama bear. Warning to others who want to try this so called nail salon, be forewarned now. You better get a second job to afford their services!"

"Update as of June 2022: still cannot ever go wrong with this nail salon. I still drive over an hour to come here and I will continue to do so because I never leave disappointed. Annie is so creative and I have her do whatever she feels like for that session with my designs and I end up with the best nails ever. I absolutely love her and this salon. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars. Tried other nail salons and I’m never satisfied. I will drive over an hour out of my way to come here. It’s always busy and it’s very clean and professional. I don’t want to go anywhere else. This is the only salon which gets the shape, the texture, and the designs right with my nails. Annie always does the best designs and I’m never disappointed. 10/10."
