She is very patient with where I would like my hair to be and takes the time to explain to me what it will take to get there while still keeping my hair healthy. "I wish i got an option to give zero , i booked an appointment at 12.15 pm and got there right on time . Hairstylist said she is the only one after waiting there for 15 minutes and told me to romearound for 30 minutes and come back. when a customer books an appointment and if you expect delays of an hour it is your responsibility to call them and let them know, instead you wait for customers to show and tell them wait forever . The reason for scheduling appointments is to waist no one’s time , you don’t respect customers time and i am sure you guys will close down soon if you continue to not respect customers. Try to respect others time and show some responsibility, owner if you are out there take a note if you care"
