"I've been going here for a few years and my latest tech was Don, he wasn't the best but he would try. Today I got a nail take off and a full set (gel). I told him I did not want any color because I would polish my nails when I got home. He said he would just put a clear coat on. Again I let him know I would be polishing my nails when I got home so after he put the clear coat on he said to spray alcohol on my nails when I got home befor applying my polish. I asked him for my total so that I could pay and he said $48. A full set is $30 and a take off is $5. He was trying to charge $13 for the clear polish he put on my nails. I told him no so he then attempted to take it off... again my answer was no. He said pay $35 and don't ever come to his chair again! I let him know I didn't appreciate his shadiness with the prices or his rudeness. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN IF IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE ON THE PLANET! My money spend just fine anywhere else! Don't waste your time."
"This salon deserves ZERO stars. I visited this salon last week for the first and last time. Terrible job, my polish started cracking and coming off in less than 24 hours, the male doing my nails shaped my nails unevenly, I had to have him reshape them them twice, he nicked two fingers, and cut the bottom of my left foot using one of his tools roughly. The environment is not relaxing at all. My biggest issue is how an elderly patron was treated. She was approximately 70 years old, extremely sweet and soft spoken. The person who did her pedicure, did a HORRENDOUS job, as soon as she voiced her concerns about it, he was EXTREMELY RUDE TO HER!! He started yelling at her, as if he could be understood anyways!!! when it was time to remove her polish, to re-paint her nails, he was extremely rough with her, throwing her feet around rubbing the polish off hard and rough, he even sprayed nail polish remover on her hands, when she was looking at how he shaped her toenails. Please patronize another business. The way this woman was treated was utterly disgusting!! He was so rude to her that I had to speak up and say a few words to him!! Other patrons in the shop were appalled and voiced their concerns also! ****PARIS NAIL & SPA*** you all need to realize who puts food on your families tables. No one deserves to be treated the way, and that sweet woman was treated! Shame on you all. If I had any authority, I'd shut your business down, based on how you treated that poor woman!!! Oh yeah, another first-time patron started recording his tirade, and the person servicing her had the audacity to tell her to stop recording! This nail shop is a joke!!!!"
"Don’t waste your money or time. I got a pedi with gel polish the guy that did was very rude, acted as if he didn’t want to do my nails and I should’ve saw it as a red flag. Sloppy application and my polish came off two days later!"
"I would highly recommend this nail salon. The place is clean and they offer nail and toe services. Depending on the length, shape, style and color, they can be a bit expensive. When we arrived, we had to wait for a minute so I would recommend getting there close to when they open. For the short acrylic set with shellac polish, I went to #9. I paid $37. He didn’t talk much but my acrylic is laid smoothly and done quickly. My sisters nail came out cute, white acrylic medium length with 2 designs. She paid $45 and had a little trouble with the older guy at #6. He failed to add enough acrylic to her nails. He went back and forth with her on this and complained when she asked him to add more. Although she was getting square nails, 3 came out coffin shaped, he filed them correctly THEN HE WALKED AWAY! The sweet lady from station #1 had to finish her nails. Updated review: On the 2nd photo, I got a full set/shellac pedicure. For $110, $43 for my pedicure $67 for my nails. I went to 4 for a pedicure and she was lovely, all of my dead skin was removed and came out perfectly. I went to 8 for the pink nails with swirls, she was very quick and proficient. ALTHOUGH, this set was extremely hard to remove. I tried soaking in acetone, using my drill but as the product was coming off it was sticky. This could be a sign of using products w mma so be cautious. If you go early during the day during the weekdays it will not be busy."
"This is my go to nail salon! Anytime I stray, I always come back. You have to take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Yes you will have a wait, they are busy for a reason, they do good work. If you want to avoid wait time visit in the morning or early afternoon. Plan accordingly. No they are not the cheapest, but what salon is nowadays. If you like nail art expect to pay $65 plus. Tracy is my go to girl and my nails AlWAYS looks good! My shape is always on point and she can replicate any design inspiration I show her. I’ve been getting acrylic for over 2 years and my nails and nail beds are healthy. It’s the consistency for me! I’m a client as long as they will have me"
