"This review is for Garden Beauty Lounge, suite 116. I originally booked tape ins and contacted the stylist 3 times to inquire what I needed to bring to the appointment since this was my first encounter with tape ins. I left a voice mail, but the stylist never returned my call. She stated that she thought I was a spam caller. So once I arrived, I didn't have the hair needed to achieve the style, so we decided to do a partial sew-in. The stylist poked me 3 to 4 times with the needle. She licked the ends of the thread before threading the needle. I would have preferred she use water. The following day, I noticed that the edge control had turned my hair white. There were several tracks lifting up because she failed to install the tracks properly. I sent her pictures, and she offered to fix the tracks, but I declined because I couldn't return on the day she requested. She also stated that she didn't believe the edge control was her fault because I said yes to her using it. Although, prior to me saying yes, she stated that she hadn't experienced any issues with the edge control she uses. So I trusted the stylist. I asked for a partial refund, and she returned $50 of the $210 I paid her. I will never return and will not recommend her because she needs more practice."
