"Horrible place terrible people owner was so rude and didn’t care that my braids was sliding out after 5 days! This photo below is 5 days after me getting my braids! She told me she called the police on me because I told her I’m not about to keep coming up here every time one of my braids fall out just cut the braids out and give me my money back it’s only been 5 days. Moral of the story don’t waste your time going up there getting your hair done you will be mad! And state board need to go up there and make sure the up to code because I see more then braids going on!!!"

"I’ve gotten my hair braided a few times at this location but what I experienced today I’ll never EVER come back.First the respect that she displays to customers is horrible. She booked me and 6 others for a 10am appt I got here at 10:02 she walks in at 10:15 talking about the appointments are first come first serve everyone else wait til after 2:00pm. I was never told it was first come first serve I would never booked a appt. I’m sitting waiting on my ride to come pick me up she tells one of the ladies her hair is nappy next time comb your hair have her a comb and told her to comb out her hair. I asked if I come back at 2:00pm is it a guarantee I’ll get my hair done that’s when she lost her mind. She began to tell me I was 15 minutes late anyway yelling as if she talking to a child. I told her I was here at 10:02 she wasn’t but she continues to tell me I was late but she in fact overbooked and was unprofessional about it. I will never patronize anyone that treats me the way she did. I never give bad reviews under any circumstance but in this case you guys need to know how horrible the *OWNER* customer service is sad and pathetic"

"Overall experience there was okay. Braiders were nice. However I felt like my braids thinned out at the end. Also it's been two days and my head still hurts. I've been getting my hair in braids since I was a child I'm 28. My head shouldn't still hurt. Unfortunately no refund policy and I have a trip I'm going on tomorrow and I dont have time to get it redone. I'm not sure if you can tell in the picture but my scalp is red after getting my hair done 2 days ago. I dont have a sensitive scalp braids are too tight. Went because it was recommended but definitely wont return."
