"My Mother and I went there to search for a formal gown for an upcoming event. It was just my Mom and I in the store. After not finding anything that my Mom would like the owner was writing down my number and we we about to left. She asked me unzip my coat. Mind you we had been in the store for about 30-50 mins. It was extremely unsettling that she asked me to do and it came across extremely racist. I would never spend a dollar there nor refer anyone here."

"Long Post Alert! My experience with First Lady was one of the most annoying and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. The communication is absolutely TERRIBLE! We ordered my niece's prom dress at the very beginning of February and was told that it would be in by the end of the month. March rolls around and I haven't gotten an update. I decided to call and the phone was passed around 3x before someone hung up on me. I called back and was told that the dress was still at the warehouse and that I would receive a call the following week....no one called. I decided to call AGAIN and was told that the warehouse was waiting on some materials needed and that the prom dress would be in the following week. That week comes and AGAIN, no phone call. I decided to go to the store to really see what was going on. They told me that they had written down everytime I called and that I was told that the dress would be shipped that week, not be in the store and of course that was a lie. Fast forward the dress finally arrives and my niece gets fitted for alterations. As my niece is changing I'm told that it would be an additional $100 for alterations. I told them absolutely not, when ordering the dress I was told that alterations were included. After going off on them in a very professional manner, and asking for the dress so that I can take it else where to get alterations, they told me that they would do them for free. April comes around and again NO COMMUNICATION. I call the store just for them to tell me that the dress was ready. During the final fitting the dress still didn't fit correctly and I decided to take the dress else where to get the alterations done correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They use to be a great dress boutique, but this prom season was ridiculous with this company."

"First time there, Linda was great! She worked with my budget and I found something really nice ! However I had to come back twice because the tailoring was not done properly! You can tell she started to get irritated. Also, the you young lady with the big head has a bad attitude"

"Not a huge selection like previous years,yet the still have some REALLY CUTE pieces,a little more pricey than I expected but doesn't hurt to stop in and take a look around,your sure to find something special"
