I have thick and coarse hair that is difficult to cut and she always delivers a perfect cut. Additionally, she has done an excellent job maintaining the health and condition of my hair, which is bleached with highlights/balayage. "Been going to her for years now and she does exactly what I want and even recommended colors that will look better for me. If I ask her to do something for my hair and she will tell me it’s a process to get there but we will get there. She will tell me if my hair will end up a different shade if I had any other color aka(black) in it and it makes me feel more comfortable so I’m not unsatisfied with the results. She will sit there and talk with you step by step process before doing so. She will try her best to get the exact results you want and has not disappointed me yet.
