I wasn’t even a client but she felt the need to walk away from her client during a haircut and scream at my 1.5 yr old across the store to stop screaming. It was embarrassing, I have never been treated that way by someone in the 13yrs I’ve been a parent. You don’t treat people like that. Especially when your in the middle of taking care of a customer. I work in the hair industry and I would never let someone work for me like that. Do better!"
"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. It was a simple cut and it did not turn out right. They have a strange computer database that is supposed to 'remember' your last cut choice but I'm pretty sure there is a problem somewhere. I get my hair cut elsewhere."
