She has been styling my hair since 2010 and Ive always been 110% happy! I recommend her to all of my friends and people i don’t know when i get compliments on my beautiful hair! "I have to preface by saying my review is more than anything for Mandi, who is my tried and true stylist now for over 2 years. I love the look of the salon itself and used to live close by, now I drive half an hour to see her and I have 0 regrets ever. Once I wanted to really switch up my color and after the appointment I realized I had made a terrible mistake, Mandie never once made me feel bad or silly, she had me come in a few days later and brought my hair back to something I loved again. I have over 25 inches of hair, and though thin there is a lot. What I’m saying is my hair is WORK, and I am generally very simple in my request because I’ve come to truly trust her and our relationship. Mandie spends hours with me and she makes me look and feel beautiful and special every time. It’s worth every penny and I am so thankful to have found her at Serenity. I will continue to return while she is there."

"Been going here for a few years. My first stylist left for another salon so I have tried Tyler and Maria. Both are amazing. Today I needed to get in short notice and got Doris. She was nice but the experience was lacking, she seemed like she didn't care too much which is upsetting. Honestly, I am not happy with the haircut either. She asked if I had a picture of what I wanted after I said, "please just shorten it up." She missed a few spots too. I will be returning in a couple weeks for a fix but I will be going to someone else."

"I am absolutely thrilled with how amazing the recoloration of my hair turned out. I went from faded magenta/purple highlights to this amazing autumn color scheme that was naturally subtle for my new job. I highly recommend my stylist Tyler for his skillful and attentive expertise, not to mention his wonderful personality. All of the staff were welcoming and very considerate of their guests ensuring they had a beverage, and that they would be cared for in an appropriate time. They are welcoming of all persons, they keep their studio very clean and it also appears to be a very happy, up-beat work environment. I am grateful to have had such a wonderful experience as I have just moved across state and new to the area. I will be booking again!"
