"I made an appointment with a kids hairstylist by the name of, Yvonne. My appointment was at 6:30pm and I got to the salon by 6:15pm(Coming all the way from downtown Detroit,MI). When I get to the salon Yvonne was finishing up on some head. After she finished with that customer it was 6:35pm. I thought she was going to call my niece to the chair next but, No. She called another client to her chair. So, I walked up to Yvonne and ask her if my appointment was at 6:30pm, she said, yes( with a very nonchalant attitude). Then asked if my niece was going in the chair next and she said no, it’s 2heads ahead of her. To summarize the story the hairstylist Yvonne is unprofessional and this is a unprofessional salon. I booked an appointment and was not informed the stylist was running behind with her appointment and I’m supposed to wait and be wait about their unprofessional behavior/ business manner."
