"Been there quite a few times. The husband does a very good job.... however after making an appointment & being in the middle of getting my nails done, he gets up and says he'll be right back. He LEFT in his vehicle and went and picked up his 3 kids from school & was gone a good 20 minutes. His wife doesn't do good very good work. I went in to get a pedicure and she hurried through it when it was over it looked like my feet weren't any different. Then my sis and I went & she got a full set & I got a regular fill and it cost us a total of $97. We recently returned for fills and it cost us a total of $85. I had a pinky nail come off & she didn't even replace it, she just created the nail with powder because I don't wear my nails real long but still, never had that done before but anyone. PLUS she gets irritated if you pay with a card.... she always makes a face & asks "You don't have no cash?" Lastly, their phone was out of service for weeks & you had to go on to make an appointment. NOT recommended"

"Made an appointment and they basically ignored it for walk ins. 1 person kept running between 4 customers doing a little bit at a time on each person. Then halfway through my dip manicure she stops and sends me Over to have my pedicure done...worst pedicure ever!! I got to soak for exactly 90 seconds before the man started attempting to cutting my nails...I say attempting because he ended up staggering off to help a different walk in and the woman came over to half @$$ finish it. She cut the cuticle on my big toe super bad and didn't say a word. Just giggled and sprayed it with a bit of alcohol. Oh and the best part was there was no leg massage or lotion. Even after I said something to her about it she looked at me like I had 2 heads. The final result was okay. Other than that I HATE the shape of my nails. After asking her 4 times to fix them I said forget it I'll file them myself. I don't know if this is normal for this establishment or just a fluke. Perhaps they should have more employees than just the owner and her husband on a busy Saturday afternoon. Also do not bother making an appointment they don't bother to write them on a schedule anyway. Witnessed that several (10+ phone calls) times first hand while I was there. At this point I'm really not sure if I will give them another chance or not."
