"Be VERY sure of your purchases. They are nasty and hate exchanges, even if made according to their policy. Very recently my daughter purchased several items. One top she was interested and noticed a stain, owner said well you are already getting 25% off (because that was the advertised sale). 1 week later, she returned to exchange 2 unworn items, per store policy. Owner denied returning one item, claiming it was dirty despite never being worn. She made it frustrating to try and replace the one item she was willing to exchange. Wouldn’t give honor ongoing sale for exchange item. Awful awful experience and we will not be back."
