"Sometimes I just cut my own hair, but everytime I go here it's a quick, pleasant experience. The lady that cut my hair today was extremely helpful and friendly and made me laugh the whole visit."

"Last month I got a bad haircut, I reached out to corporate, the franchise owner called me, I explained the situation, he asked me if I could come in and show them the haircut , I told him that would be awkward. So he said he would put notes on the account for a free haircut. Today when I went there, I could hear the girls talking about me while I was waiting, I ended up leaving, before being seated, just because it seemed like it would be an awkward situation. I blame the franchise owner, mainly, Because he enabled that awkward situation. I think he was trying to help and do his best, but they should’ve just given me a gift card and kept it anonymous. I was patronizing that location for over six months and have been a Great clips customer for 5 years. I don’t feel comfortable going back there. I will either go to another location or find a new barber. I wish the corporate office and franchisee had handled the situation different. That location was closest to me and was very convenient. I don’t blame the hair stylists, mistakes happen."

"The location in Clarkston Michigan messed up my hair. So I went to the location in Waterford because I did not want to hurt the poor girls feelings. They did not honor their services at the waterford location and charged me full price to fix my hair which only took a few minutes absolutely ridiculous!"
