"I would give a triple 0 star if I could. I ordered the max burn waist trainer which is no longer available on the site. I received the waist trainer which is not true to size, it's actually 2-3 sizes smaller and not good quality. I reached out asking for a refund as soon as I received the product. I was told that I would get a return label in the next 24hrs, after they tried to convince me to spend more money on a different one. That was on 12/15/23. I have not received correspondence or a return label. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed! Buyer Beware!"
