"I had a disappointing experience with the nail tech during my appointment. Unfortunately, instead of providing a positive and enjoyable experience, he continuously made negative comments about the type of acrylic used by the previous person who did my nails. These comments were embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I would have appreciated it if the nail tech had suggested removing the nails and getting a full set in a polite manner, rather than repeatedly making comments about the color and chipping off my nails. Overall, this experience left me feeling dissatisfied and I would not recommend this nail salon based on this interaction."

"I have tried a few places around here and this is by far my favorite! All of the staff is SO nice and pleasant and always accommodate my scheduling needs. They remember details and the pricing is fair! I see Nathan and he is so professional AND so great as what he does! I’m obsessed with my new holiday nails and have already received so many compliments! HIGHLY recommend! They also have a TON of color options which other places did NOT have."
