"my 82 year old mother needed a trim so we walked in at 35pm the lady never said hi only were closed. it takes 5 to 10min to cut hair. no tip for them. so we went to fanstatic sams and my mother was in a merry mood and gave the lady a 20 dollar tip. it could have been for the lady at great clips."

"So, I went here about 20 minutes before close and luckily my hair doesn't take long. After receiving a fantastic haircut, I purchased a gel but got side tracked and left the gel. I was immediately contacted but didn't get to the message til later. Days later after returning back from another part of Michigan the gel was still there with my name on it waiting to be picked up. Anywhere else would've just forgotten but, not these ladies. They were absolutely all fabulous and great at their jobs. I am very appreciative. This is now my Haircut place for sure!"
