"I’ve followed them on Facebook for many years and was so excited to finally visit their store last weekend, on my Birthday. The Mercantile store was very cute and the girl working there was very friendly. However, when we walked over to the clothing boutique, the greeting seemed more “why are you here” rather than friendly and welcoming. I really wanted a sweatshirt I saw on their FB, and a pair of Judy blues.. but truthfully the vibe was incredibly unwelcoming and snooty, so I unfortunately left empty handed. No way am I spending that much money somewhere that I feel unwanted. Needless to say I left their FB group and won’t return to the store."
