"This boutique should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I’d give them zero stars if I could. They steal your money, but act like they’ve done no wrongdoing. They never accept responsibility for canceled orders, excessive ship times, etc. They should be sued for false advertisement as well. Oh, and don’t you dare ask about the current shipping timeframe on a live sale, or you will be completely berated by them and some of their “loyal” customers. I started shopping with them in 2020 and they were absolutely wonderful, it was my daily and nightly routine to watch their live sales and it was so much fun! I hated when there wasn’t a live sale because I felt like I was missing my “friends”. However, this quickly changed in 2021. They very obviously became money hungry, and started to use deceitful tactics to steal money from their customers. I feel bad for new customers who come to shop and have no idea about the burning building they’re walking into. I’ve received my last, and final, orders from them over the past two months and the products were nothing like what they advertised. I waited 5+ months for these orders to arrive. I reached out to them about the product I received and was offered a small store credit, or was told I could return it for full credit. Why would I want MORE store credit for a boutique that advertises product falsely, and then takes months to ship it? I currently have $27 sitting in store credit that I will never use. It has taken me over a year to spend store credit that was issued LAST YEAR because my orders kept being cancelled. I’ve received items in the past that are $40+ when purchased, but have a SHEIN tag on them when I receive them, and look absolutely nothing like the product they advertised. If I wanted SHEIN quality clothing/household items, I would order from SHEIN. There are many honest, hardworking boutiques out there that would NEVER treat customers as poorly as this boutique. Do yourself a favor and never purchase anything from them. Don’t let the “sales” and giveaways fool you. They will rob you blind, and never hold themselves accountable."
"I started shopping when them when they started - and they were great. The more they grew, the more they went downhill. Shipping is horrendous. Still waiting for my order and it's been two months. They said they are still within shipping time - worst customer service. Quality of items has declined. Many times after months of waiting, they cancel your order and give a store credit. Run from this place. I will never spend another penny with them."
"I found this boutique during Covid. The customer service, shipping, and overall products used to be on point. However, that quickly changed after about a year. This boutique takes MONTHS to ship your items to you. Most of the time, my order has been cancelled because it’s out of stock or some other made up excuse. They will not give your money back. They will only give store credit which makes you have to come back to use it. The same process happens over and over again. When you email, you will get a lame response of what happened. I finally spent my last store credit on October 27th for a Wallen sweatshirt. As of today that order still says paid and not even thinking about shipping. It won’t surprise me if I end up with store credit again. I truly think they sell stuff that they do not have in stock. Do not waste your time or money buying from this boutique. It’s really sad because this boutique used to get a ton of orders from me. I think they tried to get too big for their britches and have lost A LOT of customers."
"The items from this shop are good, but the shipping and customer service is their down fall. I’ve ordered multiple times hoping it will get better. Everything takes 2-3 months to get to you. When it does it is often times missing something, the wrong item or the wrong size. Their response is always an apology and then they apply it to your account when it is their fault. I ordered 2 earrings, a mat and another item on June 21. I have still not received the pair of earrings. When I go into my account it says fulfilled and with a date of early august that I placed the order. I would not recommend buying from this boutique. There are many other online boutiques that do it MUCH better!"
"One star is generous, there should be an option for zero stars for this boutique. I had bought from there for about a year - service was just okay then (sizing seemed off on some items, shipping wasn’t too bad). At that point, they lied a lot about promotions (I remember Bailey saying you would get a feee item if you were within the first 100 orders, I made my purchase as she said they still had plenty left but then big surprise, I did not get the promotion and when I emailed they said it sold out quickly, happened twice that I remember ). That should have been my signal to stop buying but they had some cute stuff so I bought things. Eventually, wait times for crazy long and multiple items were getting cancelled and the credits kept coming. They also say items were damaged or no longer in stock - I think they are waiting for orders to come in and then they buy things which makes wait times long and the possibility they can’t even get your item. One very annoying thing is that you NEVER get an email when an item is cancelled or that you have a credit. It’s up to you to figure that out. Very shady in my opinion. I had been trying to spend a credit since January - made an order and it got cancelled 2 months later, did another order in March - cancelled in May, last attempt made and it was cancelled in July. Each time they say the item was damaged or not in stock. So after 7 months of trying to spend the credit and each time waiting 8 or more weeks to get nothing, I reached out via email. It’s always the same response “Hey Babe, we only do account credits”. There is more to what I know about this boutique but I don’t want to make this review any longer. I did email them and tell them I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Just avoid buying from them, shop other boutiques - you’ll get better quality stuff, much faster than this place. Actually you get “stuff” period since this boutique can’t even ship anything out to you it seems! I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before they go out of business."
