"Will no longer shop at Saks Off Fifth! Very dissatisfied with return experience! The sales person was very nice and she did try to help me, but there was nothing she could do because of the return policy. I purchased an item that was a final sale and I didn’t realize it because it was indicated in very tiny print online. The sales associate couldn’t make an exception, even for a store credit, because the computer wouldn’t allow it. I was advised to call customer service, which I did, and got nowhere after wasting a lot of time. The clothing item is extremely small, even though I have the same item in a different color from last year, in the same size that was ordered, and it fits fine. Needless to say, am furious that I lost over $30 since the item is absolutely of no use! Will absolutely NEVER shop at Saks off 5th again!"

"Terrible customer service from all employees. I rarely write reviews but I couldn’t pass it on this one. Short staff so employees get away with treating customers terrible that all started with their own company. I ordered a versa me belt.. what I got was some ugly brown belt. Called customer service they said return it in store, in store they tried to send me back to customer service. I told them I didn’t drive 40 mins to leave with this item. She didn’t even look into the issue before speaking. Miserable lady and she was proud of it too. Then another lady says it happens all the time. lol sans is this who you want working for you?"

"Poor customer service Drove 30 mins for a particular product that was supposed to be available. Help was non-existent. We had called ahead and noone answered. Store was empty, weirdly laid-out, noone came to help. When we went to the desk we were told we should have called ahead and that the website is not reliable. When we said we did and no one answered the call, she said that was cause they were so busy which was frankly laughable because we were the only customers . Wish I could rate 0 stars on here."

"This is where I go for my sunglass obsession. I have sensitive eyes and I need a good polarized pair of sunglasses to get me through the day. Especially during the winter months in Michigan. Polaroid lenses can get quite expensive. The sales associates at this location are wonderful at keeping me up-to-date with the current sales. I save nothing less than 75% and upwards of 90% on high dollar sunglasses at this store. Excellent sales associates!"
