"So I have been here quite a few times. I always specifically ask for certain people when I book my appointment because there is one woman I have had MULTIPLE bad experiences with. Well I went in for my appointment on Friday after asking for specific people when I booked the appointment, and they stuck me with that woman AGAIN. Not to mention I’m didn’t get seen until 40 minutes after my appointment. The last time I was there she ripped the skin off my eyebrows during a wax, and never does a good job on my nails. She leaves gaps so large between the polish and my cuticle that it looks like I came out of there with a week of nail regrowth already. The sides of some of my nails aren’t even painted. The woman who did my toes did a phenomenal job though. I work 10-12 hour shifts and do not have the time to keep coming back to have things fixed that should have been done correctly the first time. I’m going to give them one more chance to NOT put me with her again, otherwise I will be finding a new place."
