"My cousin and I had an unfortunate experience at this dress store. We were unaware of the appointment policy when we arrived, and to make matters worse, my cousin had already tried on a dress. Instead of informing us politely about the policy, the attendant scolded us for not having an appointment and asked us to take off the dress. A more courteous approach to handling this situation would have been appreciated."

"this place is terrible. the owner assumed my friends were stealing because she is racist. she wouldn’t let my friends go to the bathroom in peace because she is a racist. she wouldn’t let anyone try on long dresses either and insulted schools who do long dresses. she’s the only one losing money because i’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. i don’t know who you think you are but i will spread every little detail about the exact situation you know im talking about and i will get you in so much trouble. you are a terrible person. this place needs to get shut down. you really control OTHER peoples dress preferences and you make assumption’s because of race and people needing to use the bathroom. i wish they went all over your ugly dresses. i live 40 minutes away and i will make the drive just to see this owner face to face and have a talk."

"Didn’t end up buying a dress here but had a wonderful experience and there was a wonderful selection. Special shout out to Cassidy for her help! I was looking for an evening dress for a wedding, as a mom in my thirties, and I had plenty of options that I thought weren’t too young (prom) or too old (mother of the bride)."

"What a great experience. We came from Ohio and while we had went to a larger store first, we loved this little boutique. Staff was so attentive and helpful. Everyone was genuine and supportive. They had a huge selection of dresses and prices were very good. Loved the appointments because you had someone dedicated to you. Wish the appointment was a little longer but I understand why it’s an hour. We couldn’t decide on a dress that day, but made an appointment to drive 2 hours one way again to try it on. We will for sure be back next year also.Update: We went back and found a dress, such a great experience and we will for sure be back to buy next years dresses!!!"

"I LOVE THIS PLACE. I went to 13 stores before going here and found 6 dresses i loved within the first 5 minutes. They had tons of sizes and every dress was stunning! The girls were soooo nice and gave me so many compliments as i tried the dresses on. I will 100% be coming back here!"
