"I'm a Starbucks shift supervisor at 16 & Van Dyke for 10 years. I have had my curiosity about this coffee company. The store is within walking distances from my house so I ordered two separate occasions. I spent a total of $30. 00 & 2nd time I spent $25.00. I will have no idea what it was about the first time I had to wait for the drinks to be ready for me to I was wondering if it's called mobile ordering is intended for your order to be already waiting for the customer to pick it up and sadly I had to wait for my drinks for a decent fifteen minutes and I don't know."

"Ashley (the girl with the glasses), Kira and Danielle are all amazing! They know my order by heart. They are always friendly and greet me by my name, as well. I love this location, the iced coffee I get daily is perfect and the customer service couldn’t be better!!!!"

"The BEST customer service EVER! Always greeted with a smile. Great Coffee. Very Clean. My favorite drink is the Strawberry Mocktail. I’ve ordered several times so far and I’v enjoyed it! The owner is super nice. I’m glad to have them in the neighborhood."

"Update: This location has a bike rack in the back that accommodates both fat tires and normal tires! Building owners are still a-ok with you bringing your bicycle inside! Awesome place! Michigan brand! Been coming here since opening month. Next door to Dryclean Depot, perfect for a morning coffee run. Biggby’s main draw is the customizable latte menu, with a “secret” menu for more flavors. Other options include teas, desserts, and bagged coffee. There are options for office orders and brand name swag. Plenty of indoor seating and parking in the back. A few bagel breakfast sandwiches and bottled beverages are available. If you want a decent sized lunch, go to Gather + Grounds or Te Roma, the most filling sandwich here is the Turkey Ciabatta. If there’s any room for improvement, it’s the customer service. Don’t expect McDonald’s speed. Every once in a while the order gets wrong. Would like for a bike rack on the property with wide spacers for fat tire bikes, common site in the winter. This business has occasionally handed out coffee to local gatherings and partnered with small dessert businesses in Center Line throughout the fall. This particular location posts certain menu item discounts on select days of the week. Fun trivia, Biggby started in East Lansing, founded by MSU alumni."

"I went this morning and had a great experience. It was very clean. I was greeted right when I walked in. The staff was friendly. I got a coffee and a cookie and both tasted great! It’s been awhile since I’ve had Biggby coffee and I forgot how good it is. I was relieved that there’s parking behind the building and it’s right off a side street which makes it easy to get in and out (I have a lot of anxiety about driving and parking)."
