"I wanted to love this place. My experience was great and my stylist was very nice. However, my hair did not come out the same as the photo I showed her. I told her ash blonde highlights and at the end, she simply told me it looks like the photo trying to convince it looks the same. even at the beginning of the session, I told her hey we’re doing blonde right? and she said yes. I left paying 200$ With an orange brown highlight. I called the manager and left my name but they never called me back. I am very unhappy with my hair."
