"Rama did my eyebrows good, in terms of shaping, but I don't think she washed her hands or was very cleanly because I broke out so badly on my forehead afterward. I loterally watched her touch her hair, pull it into a bun, and touch my forehead immediately after. My skin is very clear normally and this happened right after leaving the salon so I know it was the threading. This doesn't happen when I do my own brows at home so it isn't just sensitive skin. I didn't see barbicide anywhere to disinfect the scissors either. Won't be coming back."

But ever since I moved to MI from NY, I have been going to Neelam because that's the only place that didn't screw up my brows! I do it with the owner and she is the best.
